• From tutor registrations (and their parents/guardians): tutor name, grade level, school name, subjects available to teach, availability, motivation, experience, parent/guardian contact information, and tutor personal email.
• From contact form submissions: name, email address, and message content.
• From newsletter subscribers: first name and email address.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To match students with suitable volunteer tutors based on subject, grade, and availability.
• To contact participants regarding scheduling, program updates, and coordination.
• To send newsletters only to individuals who have subscribed.

AM Scholastic is committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Registration data is stored in Google Sheets (a service of Google LLC), accessible only to authorized AM Scholastic administrators. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com). We take reasonable measures to protect the data we store, but no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Information is shared only as described in Section 3, or as required by law.

7. Cookies & Analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visitor traffic. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. No consent banner is required. We do not use any other third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

8. Data Retention

We retain participant data for as long as the participant is actively enrolled in or associated with our program. Upon written request, we will delete personal data within a reasonable timeframe. Requests may be submitted via our contact form.
